Pasta fritatta. 11p per slice

great for kids pack ups, or work pack ups or as a meal with added salad, new potatoes etc.

100gms of pasta 6p based on tesco value 30p for 500gms
2 eggs 16p
garlic 5p
50gms of grated cheddar 23p (lidl 350gms £1.55)
1 large tomato 5p

Cook Pasta per pack instructions,
Drain, add  crushed garlic clove add in,
Add 2 beaten eggs and pour in flan dish,
Top with sliced tomato and grated cheese and bake for 40 mins…
Total cost 55p, cuts into 4 to 6 decent sizes, i usually get 5 slices = 11p per slice.

My name is Miki, and I live healthily on a budget, I am not a vegetarian but do have many meat free days, I have a lot of love for beans, pulses, lentils and veg, so you will see many meals posted based around these ingredients.
